Meaning
Arunachala, even though you are the creator of all lives, the stain of that activity (padaippu thozhil = creation work) does not touch you at all. Please help me merge with you without duality so I can soak in that blissful experience for eternity.
Explanation
Except for atma gnanis everyone is a sinner (TRK says kutram udayavar fault/crime, those who have). Because the biggest crime (sin) of all is the sin of identifying with the body. Without eliminating this, one cannot become pure (sin less).
The Lord carries out the five functions (namely, creating, maintaining/preserving, destroying, concealing and revealing/bestowing), the accompanying sins and faults do not stain him. This is what Bhagavan means by ‘thodamil’ (thodam in Tamil is dosham , where it means, sin/curse/that which gets blame for something bad).
Being at such a loft state of purity, please eliminate my sorrow stemming from my separation from you, add make me one with you Agathodu ondri (literally, with heart/home, unite),endrum (always), sandhodam (happiness), ondrida (unite to become one), aruL (bestow your grace).
